Sub-processors

The third parties we rely on to deliver the Voxline service. Last updated 7 October 2026.

As your data processor, Voxline Ltd engages the vetted sub-processors below to help deliver the service. Each is bound by data-protection terms, and we give customers advance notice of changes so you can object. This list supplements our Data Processing Agreement.

International transfers

Caller data for UK customers is processed in UK/EU regions wherever possible. Where a sub-processor operates outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA).

Changes & objections

We’ll update this page and notify customers before adding or replacing a sub-processor. If you object to a change, email privacy@voxline.uk and we’ll work with you on an alternative.
